Mars7 Platform Terms and Conditions of Use

1Introduction

Welcome to mars7, an online entertainment platform dedicated to players in Malaysia. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern your use of the mars7.org website, mobile app, and all related services.

• Register only one (1) account only — multiple accounts per individual are strictly prohibited
• Providing accurate, truthful, and complete information during registration and the KYC verification process.

Mars7 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time. You may be required to provide valid documents such as your MyKad, passport, or other relevant documentation upon request. Failure to do so may result in your account being temporarily suspended or permanently closed.

You are fully responsible for keeping your account username and password secure. All activity that occurs through your account is your sole responsibility. If you suspect any unauthorised access, please contact our support team immediately.

3Deposits & Withdrawals

All deposits into your mars7 account must be made using payment methods supported by the platform. We support a wide range of methods including FPX, DuitNow, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and major Malaysian e-wallets such as Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, and Boost.

Minimum deposit limit: RM 20 for the majority of payment methods. Maximum deposit limits depend on your membership tier and chosen method.

For withdrawals, you must ensure:

• The registered bank account must be in your own name — transfers to third parties are not permitted
• KYC verification process fully completed.
• All wagering requirements for any active bonus have been met.
• Withdrawal amount meets the minimum limit set

Mars7 will process withdrawals within 1–3 hours for e-wallet and DuitNow methods. For standard bank transfers, processing takes 1–3 business days depending on the receiving bank. mars7 is not responsible for any delays caused by the bank or third-party payment providers.

4Bonuses & Promotions

General conditions applicable to all bonuses:

• Each bonus may only be claimed once unless otherwise stated.

5Game Rules

All games on mars7 operate using a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been audited and certified by an independent third-party body. This ensures every game outcome is entirely random and cannot be manipulated by any party.

For Live Casino games, the applicable rules follow international standard rules for each game type. In the event of any technical dispute or service interruption during an active game, mars7 reserves the right to declare the round void and return the original bet to the player.

Results issued by the system are final. Any appeal against a game result must be submitted within 24 hours of the game ending.

6Prohibited Conduct

Players are strictly prohibited from doing the following while using the mars7 platform:

• Using automation software, bots, scripts, or any unauthorized tools to play games.

The maximum liability of mars7 under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the claim arising.

9Account Suspension & Closure

Mars7 reserves the right to suspend or close your account without prior notice under the following circumstances:

• Violation of any section of these Terms and Conditions.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or illegal activity.
• Failure to complete the KYC verification process when requested
• Requests from legal authorities or regulatory bodies.

You also have the right to close your own account at any time by contacting our support team. Any valid balance will be returned to you once all security checks are completed, subject to the relevant terms and conditions.

10Amendments to Terms

Mars7 reserves the right to modify, add, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any material changes will be communicated via your registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of emergency or legal compliance requiring immediate changes.
